Are you having challenge after challenge, and not sure of what to do?

You gain access to the 4th Dimension by closing your eyes, or by consciously connecting to the divine within–to the Endless Source of Love living in you.

The physical senses were created for the 3rd dimension, they’re useless in the 4th Dimension.

However, the reverse is not true. Your spiritual senses, including and primarily intuition, can function high and well on both sides of the veil: on the physical plane of existence and on the spiritual.

If you truly want to master life on the 3rd dimensional physical plane of existence:

• Accurately identify your Self. Your life unfolds according to your self-concept. If you believe, know and see yourself  as the divine being you are, you will experience and express your divinity in the 3rd dimension.

A note on who you are:

You are God Life & Love. You are the beloved Child of the Cosmic Consciousness which created you. You were created whole, perfect and complete. Your identify has not changed since the beginning of time. Proper identification loosens and annihilates assumed identities.

• Live from your Highest Most Holy Self at all times. Live from a space of being consciously attuned to the All-Powerful, All-Knowing, All-Wise, All-Loving force within you. Feel this Power. Love this Power. Let this Power in you do EVERYTHING. Allow this Most Holy Self that is You to make ALL plans and decisions.

• Develop your intuition by using it, trusting it and expecting it to lead you in EVERYTHING you do;

• Pray. When you’re done, pray some more. Create your life as one continuous prayer.
  

• Learn to meditate. If meditation is a challenge for you, join a class or meditation center, hang out with people who meditate and, above all, practice, practice, practice. Meditation produces mind control.

• Release, release, release, release. Release fear. Release pride and arrogance. Release old hurts through forgiveness. Release guilt. Release thinking you have the answers.

As you continue to attune your human self to the Highest Most Holy Self, the I AM presence within, you are ascending your consciousness, step by precious step.

Living from this 4th Dimensional plane of existence creates a supernaturally  blessed and blissful life. Your 3rd dimensional experience then becomes fun, easy, fulfilling, abundant and joyful.

Become a master at using these strategies, as distractions are dangerous. A driver who’s distracted can kill. A heavy machine operator who becomes distracted can cause injury to self and others.

And a reality creator who is distracted can cause unwanted mis-creations to come into manifestation.

Distractions are dangerous. Do not underestimate their destructive power.

10 Ways to Stay FOCUSED:

1. Do ONE THING AT A TIME!!! This is huge. We’ve turned into notorious multi-taskers. Multi-tasking is as bad for your brain as drugs. Your brain DOESN’T LIKE MULTI-TASKING!!! And, you don’t get more accomplished, you just tend to do a lot of things in mediocrity

2. Do your work in timed increments. I work in 90-minute increments. If I’m writing, I write for 90 minutes. Pick an increment of time that works for you, whether it’s 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

3. Take 15 minute breaks after each timed increment. After your increment of time is complete, take a 15 minute break. This creates a cycle of work/rest. Your mind works well with brief respites throughout the day. I work for 90 minutes, then I take a break for 15.

4. Stretch or do yoga during your break. When you’re on break, move your body. Stretch. Go for a walk. Do a few yoga poses. Your body was made to move.

5. Drink lots of water. Keep water with you always. Your brain is 80% water. When you have a headache, it’s likely you’re dehydrated. A wet brain works really well! A hydrated body works optimally and is more energetic. Focus requires energy.

6. Eat frequently and evenly. Keep your blood sugar levels even throughout the day, without spikes and slumps, by eating evenly and frequently. Eat fiber bars, fruit, nuts, seeds, dates, figs, dried plums according to how your body handles them. Avoid loading a ton of food at one sitting.

7. BREATHE DEEPLY. Shallow breathing causes nervousness and scattered thinking. It’s hard to stay focused when your breathing is shallow and rapid. Slow down. Breathe deeper. Your mind will be clearer and more focused.

8. Smile. Yes, smile. Smiling as go keeps you feeling good. Feeling good puts you on a higher vibration. When you feel good, you’re more productive and your work is higher quality.

9. Move slower. There’s no rush. Even when other people are clamoring for you to do what they want you to do, don’t rush. Rushing doesn’t help you or them. Plan ahead and slow down.

10. Sequester yourself. Close your door during your focused increments. Turn off the ringer on the phone. Be un-available. You can always return calls on your breaks.

AS BIG AS I THOUGHT I WAS LIVING, MY LIFE IS WAY TOO SMALL.

I’m feeling like the frog who lived at the bottom of the well, rather comfy, thinking it was nice to look up and see a circle of blue during the day and darker blue at night.

Then one day the frog jumped out of the well, and well, let’s just say, she had a MIND-EXPANDING, DNA CHANGING kind of experience.

A whole new world was open to her.

Not because a whole new world suddenly came into existence.

Oh no, it was there all the time.

Now the frog is simply much more aware of the delicious and infinite possibilities that are open to her.

I don’t know quite what words to use to describe my jumping out of the well experience… but I’ll do my best to share with you what has been absolutely MIND-EXPANDING and DNA Changing for me.

A mind, once expanded, can never return to its original size.

Thank God for that.

Frogs don’t jump back into wells.

Life doesn’t work backwards. Life is about forward movement. Life is ever expanding.

Once your mind is expanded, and you re-member your Self, you’re permanently changed.

You could never live comfortably at the bottom of the well again.

As a matter of fact, whenever you pass a well, you might just be inexplicably and suddenly compelled to stand at the top of it and yell to any frogs you think might be living down there to COME OUT, AT ONCE!!!

MIND-EXPANDING experiences remind us of the truth, especially in places where we happily and comfortably thought otherwise.

When our minds are expanded, we re-member Truth. No one can teach you Truth, you already know it. You were born knowing it. The best anyone can hope to do is to re-mind you of the Truth, which you really do want to re-member.

Here’s the Truth I now re-member, more fully and deeply than ever before:

My true family is the 7 billion or so inhabitants who currently share the Earth Mother with me.

∞

I am here to BE LOVE AND LIGHT EVERYWHERE I GO, ALL THE TIME.

YOU’RE HERE FOR THE VERY SAME PURPOSE.

There is never, ever anything to fear.

Never.

Ever.

There is never, ever anything to fear.

∞

Everything I see begins and ends with me. Whatever I’m looking at, sensing, feeling, experiencing, is me, and accurately reflects the contents of my own consciousness.

By this we live and learn.

My presence, when infused with Love and Light, has the Divine capacity and ability to forever change any space I enter.

So does yours.

I now re-member, on really deep levels, that I can talk about Law and principle all I want, and experience no change.

IT’S ONLY WHEN I DECIDE TO GET UP AND DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT WILL I ACHIEVE DIFFERENT RESULTS.

Which means I’m called to be a living, breathing DEMONSTRATION of God at all times.

And so are you.

Nothing else will do.

‘Just trying’ ain’t good enough.

I must either do, or not do. You must either do, or not do.

There’s no ‘trying’ in it.

When does the cost of cheap become too expensive?

When an 8-year-old works in a factory in China for 12 hours a day, at 8 cents per hour, and goes home hungry just to fill an order for Walmart.

That’s when.

That’s when the cost of cheap becomes way too expensive.

I have an 8-year-old. She’s fun. She’s all about laughing, playing her Disney tunes, writing in her journal (with the lock on it), making fun of her brothers, annoying her sister and doing all the other 8-year-old things that come to her mind.

None of the 8-year-old things she thinks of doing include spending 12 hours a day in a factory.

None of her 8-year-old activities include working for 8 cents an hour.

And none of her 8-year-old thoughts are on assembling toys that she’ll surely never play with.

None.

And for this I’m grateful.

I’m grateful to live in a place and a space where my 8-year-old is well taken care of and provided for in every way. I’m grateful that she’s living her kid life, doing kid things, in her own little kid world.

While I’m grateful for her God-given blessed life, I understand, realize and know that not every 8-year-old on the planet has the same kind of life.

This is where I come in. And this is where you can choose to come in too.

The responsibility each of us have is to shepherd and steward the planet, including all Her inhabitants.

The question is: are we fulfilling our charge to care for the whole of life?

It’s not just about my daughter, and my family’s life.

The 8-year-old working in a factory on the other side of the planet is just as much my child as the one who lives with me.

So what am I doing about it?

I’m saying goodbye to Walmart.

Walmart’s business practices in China have come to my attention more than once. So I have a responsibility to do something about it. I may not picket, or fight. The way change happens is by me becoming the change I want to see in the world, as taught by Gandhi.

I can send love and light to that part of the world, and I can withdraw my energy from anything that keeps the Walmart machine running.

∞

Especially the energy known as money. It’s a matter of stewardship. The money that I’ve been entrusted with is to be handled wisely, with understanding and respect. When it’s time to share the energy known as money, the onus is upon me to know that the influx of energy I’m sending to a particular place feeds the whole, and doesn’t deplete anyone or anything.

So it’s time to stand up. It’s time to steward my money better by sending this powerful energy into stores that align with and support universal good, and withdraw my energy from stores that don’t.

After all, would I want my 8-year-old playing with toys assembled by another 8-year-old who is not being accorded the honor and dignity of a child of God?

NO.

What kind of energy are we allowing into our homes, and onto our backs, and into our mouths, when we buy stuff, clothing and food at a store that would allow human indignity, and even encourage it, for the sake of low prices and high profits?

Not a store where I shop.

Goodbye Walmart.

The cost of cheap has gotten way too expensive.

Love the planet, love the children that you think don’t belong to you, and love yourself,

It’s fall on the Eastern seaboard of the U.S. as I write this, and today I went swishing through the leaves in the park… the ones that had fallen from their high places and now were making a beautiful and colorful return to the Earth Mother.

Swish…

Swish…

Swish…

Ooooh what fun it was to swish through those leaves!

Then it came to me, in my walking through leaves meditation, that all the leaves lying on Earth Mother were some aspect of me and my life’s experiences.

Maybe you’ve had some of these experiences too…

One leaf had just taken her dive off the branch today. She still had a softness about her….

When we’re approaching something new, we’re green.

We haven’t aged and matured yet. Because experience hasn’t happened, we’re soft and maleable.

Feeling wet behind the ears can be uncomfortable, especially when the more experienced people around us seem to have it all figured out.

In those moments, do what my beautiful friend did: she landed right on top of the leaves that had already been there.

Message from the leaf:

Don’t get uncomfortable when you’re new at something and it seems everyone around you has it all figured out.

Stay soft and malleable, be open to learning how to do it, and ask for support from the experienced folks.

Another leaf had holes of different sizes going all through it, like it had been eaten by worms and insects of all kinds.

Sometimes we feel ‘eaten alive’ by the people and circumstances of life. It’s one thing after another. In those periods of no peace, it feels like an endless procession of ‘getting-eaten-alive’ experiences… one hole followed by another, and another.

Message from the leaf:

There’s hope. Remember: you’re never alone. Remember: the entire Universe is on your side. Life is for you. What looks like it’s eating you alive is only making you stronger. Trust that you’ll come out of it better than you went in.

Some leaves were brown, some were red, others were yellow. They had fallen from trees of all sorts. Yet they all lay together in perfect harmony.

Message from the leaf:

Whatever color you are, you can live in peaceful harmony with all the leaves around you, of all colors, from all the trees.

If you’re anywhere near fallen leaves, go out and get in some today. Run your feet through them. Kick them up as you go and watch them rustle. Get in them and roll around.

As you do, listen closely to what they’re whispering.

Before I tell you about that experience, a little background is in order.

From the age of 4 until I was about 30, I was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

A main tenet I remember hearing was: ‘the heart is treacherous, who can know it?’ A statement based on Jeremiah 17:9.

I learned to think my way through life, rather than be guided by my heart. To go to the head, rather than listen to my intuitive knowing.

To think, think, think. And when I was done thinking, to think some more. Surely, with all this thinking, I could figure out this thing called life.

I can now say, after my Heart Opening Surgery, I’ve adopted a whole new way of being in the world.

♥

Here’s what happened.

I made a visit to the Divine Hospital for a simple check up.

The Angel that checked me in and took my vitals said I needed further examination. She suspected a heart condition.

A heart condition? Considering my heart had always functioned perfectly, the news was shocking.

She called the Head Heart Surgeon, who conducted a Divine EKG and confirmed the Angel’s suspicions: I needed Heart Opening Surgery. STAT!

What?!?!?

“Is it serious Doc?” I was panicked. The question came out shaky.

“Only if you allow it to remain this way My Daughter. Your heart wants to expand, to be open. And here, in the Divine Hospital, we specialize in Heart Opening Surgery. RELAX. BREATHE. It will be easy. There’s grace here for you. We’ll have you back on your feet again in no time, healed, whole and perfect.

The Great Surgeon will perform your operation personally.”

I acquiesced. I figured surrender was probably the best option in the Divine Hospital. What kind of nut would come in here and argue with the findings?

The Angels prepared me for the procedure.

Silence…

Then more silence…

Then sitting with God…

Then more sitting with God…

Then lying in God’s arms…

More lying in God’s arms…

Crying…

Breathing…

All the while, breathing.

This hospital has an unusual way of preparing patients for surgery, I thought.

I didn’t much mind my thoughts about the strangeness of it all. I felt immensely calm. Serene. Tranquil.

“No patient has ever been lost at this Hospital.” the Operating Room Angels assured me.

“We have a 100% live rate here.”

♥

Then He came in. I couldn’t see anything–the Light was blinding. All the Angels in the room bowed. It was glorious. I heard a chorus of melodies as I drifted off to sleep.

Must be the anesthesia they have here… smells like flowers…

The next thing I knew, I was awakening to the sound of choirs rejoicing over my Heart Opening Surgery, which had been a complete success.

Everyone talked about The Great Surgeon–about how skillful He was, about how many of these operations He had performed, and how every one of His patients was living fully, richly, from the heart center, with utter joy, wonder and amazement at life.

All His patient’s lives had seemed to take a turn for the miraculous.

I never saw The Great One.

I felt His touch, that was for sure. My heart was still throbbing from it.

I looked down, curious about the site of the surgery. I don’t know why, but I expected to see a long cut in the middle of my chest, stitched closed.

♥

Instead, there was an enormous white lotus flower floating in the center of my ribcage, brilliant and in full bloom.

My heart had blossomed into the most flagrant, beautiful flower I had ever seen or come near.

What kind of Surgeon was this?

Angels whisked around my room, taking care of every possible detail of my healing. Some were singing. Some were praying. Some were writing. Some were gently stroking my body, while some simply seemed to be in awe of the whole thing. Maybe they were the spectators, just dropping by to look in on another one of The Great Surgeon’s successes.

All of them seem delighted to be there.

What kind of Hospital is this?

I drifted off into the silence again.

When I awoke the next time, I felt full… full of joy, radiant with happiness, yet utterly peaceful and blissfully calm.

♥

My Heart Opening Surgery had radically changed everything.

My eyesight was razor sharp. My body felt youthful and vibrant. Not an ache or pain anywhere.

My ears were tuned up; I could hear everything the Angels were communicating with crystal clarity.

I was lighter. Did I lose weight?

How long have I been here?

I arose with what felt like a rush.

Was I being carried?

I walked out, though it felt more like floating.

My intuition was clear, I was perfectly attuned to it, knowing just what to do at every second. Instinctively knowing which way to walk, whom to talk to on the way out of the Divine Hospital, and what to do the moment I left.

I haven’t been the same since.

I highly recommend the Divine Hospital.
